Directions for using Neuro-No 2

 

The patient must receive a prescription from his physician, for the following:

   _____________________________________________

#1)      BD Insulin syringes  1 cc 30 gauge 1 inch

                     # 10 (ten)

          Sig: To be used 1-2 times a week   _____________________________________________

#2)   B12 injectable (cyanocobalamin)  1000 mcg/ml

             (equals 1 mg/ml)

         30 cc (multidose vial) or 10 cc vial

     Sig:  Inject 1 mg (= 1 cc) IM 1-2 times a week              _____________________________________________

Neuro-No 2       100 mg Sustained Release Complex

                               # 30 tablets

            Instruct patient to take 1 tablet daily

Neuro-No 2          50 mg 

                            # 60  tablets

            Instruct patients to take 1 tablet 2 times a day

The patients are not to take any vitamin C with in 2 hours after they take the Neuro-No 2 tablets. The effects are greatly decreased by this.

Patients may start to feel a difference in sensation in as little as 3 days, although some have taken as long as 30 days.  Patients must continue this treatment exactly as directed or the symptoms will return
